Porsche driver dies after crash on A37 at Hursley Hill

Police AccidentPolice are today appealing for information about a collision on the A37 at Hursley Hill between two cars in which a 66-year-old woman died.

She was the driver of a Porsche Boxster which was in collision with a Toyota Avensis coming the other way. It happened just before 5.30pm yesterday.

The woman was taken to Southmead Hospital where she was later declared dead. The taxi driver suffered minor injuries.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Collision Investigation Unit on 101, quoting reference number 123/14/1062.
