police logoPolice are investigating a report that two men asked a 14-year-old schoolgirl to get into their car at Tesco in Keynsham yesterday afternoon.

She was walking into the store at around 3.15pm when a man called out to her from a parked car. She ignored them and walked in to the store and later reported what had happened to police.

An Avon & Somerset police spokesman said: “One man was black, in his 40s with short dark hair and wearing a red jumper. The second is white, in his 40s, possibly Irish, with short greying hair and stubble. He was wearing a grey jumper.
