New Flourish Foodhall & Kitchen opens in Saltford

Today marks the opening of a new local retail and restaurant enterprise, Flourish Foodhall & Kitchen.

Located at Glenavon Farm on the A4 at Saltford, Flourish is home to a 2,000sq ft foodhall, an open kitchen seating 110 and an outside terrace area with a further 40 seats.

Paul Castle, managing director at Flourish, said: “I am so delighted to see the culmination of two years’ hard work and planning come to life with the opening of the doors at Flourish.

“Right from the start, we set out to be a food retailer and kitchen with a conscience, putting people and planet at the forefront of everything we do.

“We have recruited a passionate team and a host of fantastic local suppliers, attracted by the company’s B Corp led values and way of operating.”

He added: “We are delighted to be able to finally show local customers what we are all about and welcome them through our doors.”
