Keynsham Walking Football members are pleased to announce that they have purchased four sets of goals with the help of a grant from the Football Foundation.
The club play at the AJN Stadium (home of Keynsham Town Football Club) and have used 5-a-side goals for many years. However, the 12ft x 6ft goals have become standard now for walking football and are used in both the Somerset and Gloucestershire leagues.
Keynsham Walking Football have entered a total of seven teams in the leagues this season in the over 50s, 60s and 70s categories so it helps to use the same standard for practice and competition.
