Emergency services were called after a van ended up in the middle of the Dramway roundabout on the A4174 Ring Road yesterday afternoon.

Crews from Hicks Gate, Bath, Avonmouth and Temple fire stations were called at 2.17pm and used a triple extension ladder and stabilisation gear to free the man trapped inside. They also made sure the vehicle was safe. Crews worked alongside police and ambulance on the scene.
