Developers Taylor Wimpey are preparing a reserved matters planning application for up to 70 new homes, including 30% affordable housing, on land to the east of Minsmere Road in Keynsham.
Outline planning permission for the development has already been agreed with Bath & North East Somerset Council, subject to the approval of the Section 106 document, which details the contributions that Taylor Wimpey will make towards new and existing facilities in the local area.
Taylor Wimpey are looking for feedback from local residents as they prepare the application for submission to the council this spring and a public exhibition is taking place on Wednesday from 3pm to 7pm at the Masonic Hall on Bath Road to share the emerging proposals.
