Regent Street in Kingswood has been closed to traffic today for a Christmas market.
It has been a taster of how the street will be when the section between Moravian Road and the High Street is closed to traffic as part of South Gloucestershire Council’s town centre regeneration plans.
The council had a stall giving people the chance to say whether they like the pedestrianisation and would welcome more events like the market.

The day’s been crammed full of festivities with stalls, entertainment and carol singing and a Christmas trail for families to explore the Nativity story, organised by Holy Trinity Church and Freedom Church.
