Plans to redevelop a brownfield site in Downend for housing have been submitted to South Gloucestershire Council.
The plan is to demolish buildings, including the former Ablemove/Wottons warehouse and 1940s bungalow at 2-6 Dial Lane, and build nine two, three and four-bedroom homes, each with gardens.
The application, lodged by Dial Lane (Bristol) Development, also includes access alterations.
There would be two pairs of semi-detached houses fronting Dial Lane, and a pair of semi-detached houses and a terrace of three houses to the rear of the site.
Seventeen parking spaces are proposed, with secure cycle stores in each rear garden.
