The GlamSquad salon in Hanham has been shortlisted for a national award.
The salon, which has been on the High Street for five years, will be representing Bristol in the Best Salon Team category at the UK Hair and Beauty Awards 2023.
Salon owner Bex Collier said: “We are a team of specialists, a combination of employed and self-employed, who genuinely love what we do.
“I think we have been shortlisted because of the atmosphere we have created in our salon. It’s a welcoming space, a no judgments zone. The best compliment we get from our clients is that they come for the experience and the new lashes or hair etc. is just an extra.
“We are keeping everything crossed to take home the win but we are so flattered to even be shortlisted.”
The GlamSquad team are Bex, Grace, Leanne, Nicole, Mianna, Alex, Steph, Ellie, Jen, Bella, Hollie and Jess.
The awards ceremony and results will be held in Birmingham in April.
