The Jolly Sailor
The Jolly Sailor in Hanham High Street is among 32 Wetherspoon’s pubs across England which have been put up for sale by the pub chain amid rising bills and inflation.
The venues are being marketed by commercial property specialists CBRE and Savills.
More than half of those being sold off are in London and the South East. Others are in Gloucestershire, the Midlands, and the North.
JD Wetherspoon operates around 800 pubs in total.
