The new year has begun with one less shop on Keynsham High Street.
The popular Wright Butcher’s Shop has closed and the premises are up for rent.
Agents Maggs & Allen say: “Situated on a busy high street in Keynsham, the property benefits from a high level of passing trade.”
The shop, which comes with a flat above, is available to let with six months of free rent offered by the landlord.
The agents say that the property would suit a similar food retail business, or alternative uses such as restaurant, subject to gaining the necessary planing consent.
