Hundreds of people are expected to attend the annual Main Event music festival in Kingswood on Saturday (September 7) at which the headline acts are singer-songwriter Charlie Brown and pop-rock foursome Room 94.
The Kingswood Estate in Britannia Road will be the venue for the one-day music festival hosted by Creative Youth Network’s award-winning youth arts team Youth For Youth.
The event, which starts at midday and runs until 10pm, will also feature local talent, including DJs, singers, bands and MCs, many of whom have been supported by the Creative Youth Network.
There will also be games, stalls, workshops and a mix of world foods.
