The couple being questioned over the kidnap and murder of Becky Watts are understood to be her stepbrother and his girlfriend.
The pair arrested, named locally as Nathan Matthews, 28, and his girlfriend Shauna Phillips, 21, from Barton Hill, are still in custody this morning along with four other men and a woman, who have been arrested on suspicion of helping an offender.
Body parts were found at a house in Barton Court in Barton Hill on Monday night.
Local churches are today opening their doors for people to come and remember Becky and light a candle in her memory.
And friends are planning a walk in Bristol on 22nd March to raise money in her memory.
