Bath & North East Somerset Council has joined in partnership with Adult Learner’s Week 2013 to continue to encourage our visitors and residents to discover more about their heritage and explore it even further.”
Adult Learners’ Week 2013 is organised by the National Institute of Adult Continuing Education to inspire people to discover how learning can change their lives.
