A rogue builder who was jailed in 2013 for fraud has been jailed again after conning a Keynsham woman out of thousands of pounds for work he didn’t do. Hanham will go ahead with late night opening and the Christmas Grotto next weekend even though the refusal to grant a road closure means there will be no fair. Relatives of residents in Kingfisher Lodge in Saltford will meet with senior management from Barchester Healthcare next week to discuss their concerns.
