The councillor in charge of leisure provision in B&NES tells Keynsham residents that a new sports hall is still being reviewed. New speed ramps in Kingswood are too low to have any effect on traffic speeds and there are fears that council budget cuts will cause significant harm to Hanham Youth Club.
