Police are appealing for witnesses after a fatal accident on the Keynsham bypass involving a motorcyclist and a tractor. Campaigners for an elected mayor for B&NES have reached their first objective, having collected enough votes for a ‘yes/no’ referendum and Keynsham’s Civic Centre has won a sustainability award from the Royal Institute of British Architects.
