Indie rock band Razorlight will be performing in Keynsham this weekend to celebrate the launch of their new album.
The band, best known for topping the charts with the 2006 single America, will be at The Space in Market Walk at 4.30pm on Saturday (27th October) with an acoustic set to celebrate the launch of the album Olympus Sleeping.
They will also be signing copies of the album, available on vinyl and CD.
Keynsham music shop Longwell Records has arranged the gig. Iain Aitchison opened the store in Temple Street in 2016 and in addition to selling a wide range of music on vinyl, he regularly organises in-store concerts and personal appearances by featured artists. Longwell Records was recently shortlisted in the final 25 of the UK Best Small Shop competition.
Tickets to Saturday’s event are free – call in to the shop to reserve yours.
The current Razorlight line-up consists of founder Johnny Borrell (lead singer and guitarist), drummer David Sullivan Kaplan, guitarist Dave Ellis and bassist Harry Deacon.
