The West of England Combined Authority (WECA) receives over three quarters of a million pounds to improve and restore local bus services. Meanwhile, a transport professor at the University of the West of England has launched a petition against adopting WECA’s  Joint Local Transport Plan.

Plans for nine homes on land behind a Pucklechurch village pub have been rejected and dog walkers may be banned from a Saltford playing field unless they start cleaning up after their pets.
